Welcome to Sunset Vistas, an intimate lakefront venue in a breathtaking setting along the shores of Lake Champlain in Alburgh, Vermont. Whether you're planning a family gathering, a group escape, or a special celebration, our climate-controlled event barn and spacious grounds are yours to enjoy!
Our lush grounds offer plenty of space for some fun in the sun or to simply relax and enjoy the view, and golden hour sunset viewing is highly recommended!

Discover our Barn
Our climate-controlled event barn can accommodate up to 50 guests and features large windows with lake views, rustic wooden shiplap walls, a monitor barn-type ceiling with lighted beams, a polished concrete floor, and accessible restrooms.
We provide quality tables and chairs; on-site, paved parking for up to 40 vehicles; and our professional audio-visual system for music and presentations is available upon request.

Before you Book...
Check-in: from 9:00 AM
Check-out: by 10:00 PMSmoking is not allowed inside the barn. A designated smoking area will be provided outside upon request.
As much as we love furry friends, our venue policy does not allow pets, excluding registered service animals.
Please treat the space with care. We kindly ask guests to leave the barn and grounds in a tidy condition.
We ask that you respect the natural surroundings — no littering, candles, open fires, fireworks, sparklers, confetti, rice, or sky lanterns.

A licensed caterer or bartender is required if you plan to serve alcohol, per the State of Vermont Division of Liquor Control.

The purchase of event insurance is required through wedsure.com or the Vermont-licensed insurance vendor of your choice.

Access gate to the lake will be closed during events for the safety of you and your guests.
